What information is collected
When you leave an entry in the guestbook, the name you entered, the content of the entry, and your email address (if you chose to provide it) are collected. A hashed version of the IP address the entry was sent from is also stored.
Why it is collected
Your name is shown alongside your entry once it is approved. Your email address is used by the artist only, to contact you if needed, and is never shown to the public. The hashed IP address is used solely to prevent spam and to limit the number of submissions from the same source.
What is shown publicly
Entries appear on the site only after manual approval. The public display shows only the content of the entry, the name and the date. Your email address does not appear anywhere on the site.
How long it is kept
Entries are kept for as long as they are part of the guestbook. You can ask for an entry to be removed at any time by writing to aviadaf.art@gmail.com.
